Precondition
pre debug: capacity >= 0
Type Parameters
Arguments
capacity of this channel.
May be 0 to create a channel that always blocks on
`infix <-` (`send`) until a corresponding `prefix <-` (`receive`)
is performed by another thread.
A value larger than 0 creates a channel with that capacity, i.e.,
`infix <-` (`send`) will block only if the number of calls to
`infix <-` (`send`) exceeds the number of corresponding `prefix <-`
(`receive`) by more than `capacity`.
